These terms govern your use of Avova, operated by NOETIQ ONE GmbH. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Avova helps you capture and remember the people you meet. The app stores your contacts on your device and uses third-party services to enrich and transcribe what you capture, as described in our Privacy Policy. The app is provided free of charge.

Your responsibilities

• Use the app lawfully, and only capture information about other people where you are permitted to do so.
• You are responsible for the contact data you store and for complying with any privacy obligations you owe to those people.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the app.

Your data

Your captured contacts are stored on your device and remain yours. You can delete them at any time from Settings, or by removing the app. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Enriched and transcribed data is generated by automated third-party services and may be inaccurate or incomplete; you should verify it before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, NOETIQ ONE GmbH is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
